At Voyageur Soap & Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting supplies. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that liquids are sealed and fragile components are well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping fees.
